Refund Policy

Online lectures require full payment to access. For live (online) and in person classes, half of the total tuition payment is required to reserve your spot in a training or retreat, with the second half of the payment due one month before the first day of class. Payments are non-refundable.  Before paying the first half of the deposit, you are required to confirm that the dates work on your end, and that you have all of your questions answered regarding safety and the participation agreements.  

Due to the substantial services provided to students once they register for a training, and the logistics required to facilitate these events, no refunds will be issued once payments are received. Until we are through this global pandemic, if necessary we will transfer reservations for intensive retreat dates for those who cannot attend last minute due to Covid-19 guidelines or concerns.

Lodging, Meals & Other Accommodations

These are small intimate groups, either online or in-person. We have a relationship with the closest hotel to provide a code for discounted rooms for $129/night. We will also provide the address to our training facility to those approved for an intensive for close AirBnB options.

We will begin the training process before you arrive, and will connect everyone, first through email, but after Sept 1st through the online training forum, to help everyone coordinate rides and lodging. 

Currently all programs are online through the Summer of 2021. Additional information on meals and other accommodations will be provided when necessary.
