Refund Policy, Lodging, Meals & Other Accommodations
Online lectures require full payment to access. For live (online) and in person classes, half of the total tuition payment is required to reserve your spot in a training or retreat, with the second half of the payment due two months before the first day of class. Payments are non-refundable. Before paying the first half of the deposit, you are required to confirm that the dates work on your end, and that you have all of your questions answered regarding safety and the participation agreements.
Moving forward, due to the substantial services provided to students once they register for a training, and the logistics required to facilitate these events, no refunds will be issued once payments are received. Until we are through this global pandemic, if necessary we will transfer reservations for intensive retreat dates for those who cannot travel last minute due to Covid-19 guidelines or concerns.
Lodging, Meals & Other Accommodations
These are small intimate groups. We are currently in negotiations with the closest hotel to provide a code for discounted rooms. Looks like the price could be $129, and can be shared with another. We will also provide the address to our training facility to those approved for an intensive for close AirBnB options.
We will begin the training process before you arrive, and will connect everyone, first through email, but after Sept 1st through the online training forum, to help everyone coordinate rides and lodging.
$129/night single/double occupancy. Average hotel room in Boulder right now is about $179/night or more. 48 hour cancellation policy.

Camping and RVs
We have space for RVs to park as well as a huge back yard for rustic camping. Unfortunately, we don’t have a shower available for campers, but we have a bathroom in the studio that can be used. $25/night.
We are going to survey the first several training cohorts to see if there is interest in catered meals that are covid safe. We have access to a kitchen and a social distancing family member who loves to cook. This would be an added cost to the program but less than eating out or shopping.
